Photos online do not match reality!!! Furniture looking worn, walls in need of touch-ups, and some amenities could benefit from an upgrade!!! We experienced issues with cash withdrawals as the ATM refused to accept international cards!!!

I had a lovely stay, especially enjoying the amazing food and the fantastic atmosphere in the Sunrise Swim Up Double! Just a minor hiccup with the ATM not accepting my cards. Would definitely choose this place again!

Enjoyed six nights in a stunning Fantasy Room with a tropical view. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, perfect for couples. I highly recommend budgeting for membership opportunities offered—you won’t want to miss out! Also, consider using an aerial sprayer service to minimize mosquitos.

The Fantasy Room with a tropical view was stunning! Super comfy bed, beautiful decor, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Everything felt clean and fresh. The only downside was that it could use a bit better soundproofing since noise from nearby areas came through a little too easily. Overall, great vibes for a couple's getaway!

I had a blast by the fine pool that felt like paradise! The culinary experiences, especially from chef Papito, were great and lovely. Every meal was good, made even better by the personalized attention from the amazing staff.

During my stay in punta cana, i was blown away by the fantastic personalized service at the resort. The butler service from mr micker really elevated my experience with amazing attention to detail. The food was great, especially chef papito's creations that were good and nice.

Couples looking for a great getaway

I had an excellent vacation at the resort, the staff were just professional kind friendly and helpful. My superhero butler Mr Micker really took the services to the next level, he was amazing, like he knew what I wanted before I even asked!

It wasn’t cheap, but I would say it was still acceptable in the end.
